Welcome to Meypato Rooms, a web application developed and owned by Meypato Rooms Private Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Itanagar, India ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

Meypato Rooms acts as an intermediary and is not the owner or operator of any listed properties unless explicitly stated.

4. User Account and Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
• Be fully responsible for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

Booking Confirmation

Once you book a visit through the App, you will receive a confirmation. The property owner may require additional verification (ID, deposit, etc.).

Payment Processing

Payments are securely handled through third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you authorize us and/or our partners to charge your selected payment method for the total amount (including applicable taxes and fees).

Return and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary per property. Users are advised to review the Return and Refund policy before confirming a reservation.

6. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
• Post or transmit false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive content.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts found to be in violation.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Meypato Rooms Pvt. Ltd. from any claims arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your misuse of the App.
• Your infringement of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will cease immediately.
• We may delete or deactivate your account and related data.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh.
