Cancellation Policy

• No-shows in escort-to-rent service will not be eligible for any refund.
• If a tenant chooses to vacate before completing the minimum stay period of 6 months (as mandated by Meypato) or the duration specified by the property owner, the deposited security amount will not be refunded.

Refund Policy

• If a booking is eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed via the original payment method within 14-28 business days.
• Refunds may be subject to deductions, such as service fees, transaction fees, or processing charges.
• Refunds will only be issued in cases where the booking is eligible under our cancellation policy.

Exceptions and Special Cases

• In exceptional circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, unforeseen operational issues, or technical errors), full or partial refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Meypato Rooms Private Limited.
• If we are unable to deliver a service due to operational constraints, customers will be offered an alternative option or a full refund.
